Order · Payment

Once sales begin, orders and payment are handled at ‘데모테이프 스튜디오’ (DEMOTAPE STUDIO) on Naver Smart Store. The buy button on the product page takes you to the Smart Store. Payment is processed through Naver Pay, and DEMOTAPE STUDIO never receives your card details.

Shipping

  • Shipping area: all of South Korea (we do not ship internationally yet)
  • The dispatch schedule and shipping fees will be announced on the product page and the Smart Store when sales open.
  • After dispatch, you can find the tracking number in your Smart Store order history.

Exchanges · Returns

  • Please request an exchange or return from your Smart Store order history within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Change of mind: the buyer pays the round-trip shipping. The amount is shown on the product page.
  • Defective or wrong item: DEMOTAPE STUDIO pays the shipping, and you can request within 3 months of receiving the item (or within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue).
  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after the returned item arrives.

When an exchange or return is not possible

  • The item has lost value through wear, washing, or odors such as perfume or smoke
  • Tags or labels have been removed or damaged
  • The item was damaged through the buyer's fault

Because of how pigment dyeing works, the degree of fading, the mottled look and the color loss along the seams differ slightly from piece to piece. This is an intended finish, not a defect.

FAQ

When does TAKE 01 come out?

We are aiming to open sales on December 1, 2026. If the schedule changes, drop alert subscribers will hear about it first.

Is there only one size?

TAKE 01 comes in one size (M), with a roomy cropped oversized silhouette. Please see the size chart on the product page for measurements.

What is pigment dyeing?

It is a method of dyeing the finished garment whole with pigment. Parts where the fabric overlaps, such as seams and edges, take less dye, giving a naturally faded vintage look.

Will the color run in the wash?

The color may run in the first few washes. At first, wash it separately, turned inside out, in cold water.

Will it be restocked?

Each take is made in a set quantity. We will announce whether it is produced again depending on circumstances.
