데모테이프 스튜디오 (DEMOTAPE STUDIO, the “Company”) complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and processes users' personal information as follows.
1. Personal information we process, purposes and retention

Personal information in the ordering, payment and delivery process is processed by Naver Smart Store, our sales channel, under Naver's privacy policy. As the seller, the Company only checks what is needed to process orders (recipient, contact number, delivery address) and, under the Korean E-Commerce Act, keeps records of contracts and withdrawals for 5 years, records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years, and records of consumer complaints and dispute handling for 3 years.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to sign up for release alerts or membership. You can still browse the Site and buy through the sales channel.
3. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with the user's consent or where the law requires it.
4. Destruction procedures and methods
When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated. Information that must be kept by law is stored separately.
5. Users' rights and how to exercise them
Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information, or withdraw their consent. Members can edit their information or withdraw directly on the My page. To stop receiving release alerts or for any other request, email us at demotape2026@gmail.com and we will handle it without delay.
6. Information stored in your browser
The Site stores your bag contents and the popup's “Don't show today” setting only in your browser (local storage), and does not send them to the Company's servers. Information for keeping you logged in is also stored in the browser. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
7. Security measures
Passwords are stored encrypted, all communication is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to personal information is limited to the representative.
